The Vision: A Transition Communicators Group

Inspired by your requests, ideas, and shared visions for vibrant connections, the Communication and Engagement TNi circles —with support from hub representatives— are excited to propose the formation of a Transition Communicators Group!

What’s the Idea?

A small, dynamic group dedicated to sharing and amplifying information about Transition activities worldwide in a simple, organised, and low-meeting way.

We’ll start with one initial organising call, then keep meetings minimal (2-3 per year).
Focused on action, not bureaucracy. Exchanging news, stories, and opportunities efficiently.

Why this matters

So many inspiring Transition projects, events, and breakthroughs happen every day, and yet too often they go unnoticed. This means missed connections, learning, and inspiration across the movement.

Together, we can:

✅ Celebrate and amplify Transition efforts globally.

✅ Improve communication flows between hubs, territories, groups, and beyond.

✅ Support Language Weavers to ensure materials are accessible in multiple languages.

✅ Strengthen belonging — reminding us all we’re part of something bigger, especially in tough times.

Who’s Invited?

1 representative per hub
1 comms-focused member from unrepresented bioregions/ territories
Language Weavers group members
TNi Comms roles (Comms Lead Link & Community Weaver)
1 Engagement Circle representative
Comms 'Pollinators' (journalists, networkers, or weavers not tied to a specific hub)
