Bioregional design scholarships for Transitioners
Check out this paid opportunity for 10 Transitioners to join the Bioregional design course.
Learn how your Transition group or Hub can create more significant systems change, resilience and regeneration in your region, by organising and acting around holistic, integrated landscapes, and being guided by the patterns of living systems.
We face complex and unprecedented challenges at this time in history. It can seem almost hopeless to continue our community work in the face of escalating climate disruption, loss of biodiversity and intensifying political fractures. However, many leaders in regeneration now recognise that working at the scale of Bioregions is actually the most viable pathway towards navigating the polycrisis, restoring ecological health and creating a better future for our communities.
This is only one step up from community scale actions and very achievable for most Transition groups.

The Design School for Regenerating Earth has received funding to offer a highly subsidised course to empower community led initiatives to work at bioregional levels of scale.
Transition Network international is offering to pay the remaining amount for ten Transitioners to take this course - so there would be no cost to you.
By joining the course and learning community you will become part of a planetary network focusing their design, actions, and clear intent on effectively regenerating their local area at the bioregional scale.
Are you called to meet the challenges of these times through becoming a Bioregional designer?
If so, email deborahbenham@transitionnetwork.org to apply for a fully funded place.
Not interested? Spread around so people around you can benefit form this, thanks!

The training starts on March 18th 2025.
