August 2025: Our relationship with Time

Hello dear you.
We are taking time to rest these weeks, so we can return in September refreshed and with full batteries to keep supporting the Movement. Rest is part of the work, as change needs stillness as much as action. And yet there is still lots to share.

Time, as an idea and as a lived experience, is showing up strongly in our circles right now. The Cultural Transformation Circle is exploring our human relationship with time, on their blog and in live conversations on Instagram. Our Time Traveling community is expanding too, with Filipa Pimentel taking a group of youth in Porto on a journey to the future - more about it soon. How do we build a time to long for? That’s the theme of the upcoming Swedish Convergence (links below). And we’re also looking back - beginning to reflect on the 20 years of Transition so far. More to come.

Self-Care: Mental guide - Transition Network Resources

20+ minutes to clutter clear. Clearing overcrowded spaces can be beneficial in many ways. Focus on personal spaces: your room, car, handbag, pockets, desk, workspace, and so on. Or try some cleaning and home-care: refresh your bedding, remove dust, sweep the floor, etc. ‘Clearing the cobwebs’ can be both literal and mental.
