Transition Network is seeking new Trustees, four in fact. You can find out everything you need to know about it here, and [download the information pack here](https://archive25.transitionnetwork.org/sites/www.transitionnetwork.org/files/TN%20trustee%20information%20pack%20March%202014%20revised.pdf?ref=news.transitionnetwork.org). Last week we heard from Sarah McAdam on what makes a good Trustee, today from outgoing Trustee William Lana. William has been on the Board since Transition Network began, and after 7 years’ service is standing down. We started by asking him how it’s been, what has been his experience of being a Trustee?

And secondly, we wondered, what advice would he give to anyone who is contemplating applying to be on the Board?
