Mark your calendars, everyone - **Friday, April 4, 2025** is the day we come together, for the second time, to celebrate, connect, and co-create our shared future. From Australia to Colombia, 24 hours live, we are preparing some really awesome sessions that will weave together stories of transformation, interactive co-creation workshops, and spaces for deep connection. 

A small seedling of an idea took root [last year](https://transitionnetwork.org/news/day-of-transition-practise-recordings/?ref=news.transitionnetwork.org), and unfolded into something beautiful. This year, we go deeper - into the stories, strategies, and systems that make community-led change possible, together with an exceptional collage of activists, visionaries and change agents. **We promise you a vibrant online exchange of stories, voices, and actions woven across a single day of possibility.**
