Next Thursday (April 18th) at 5pm GMT sees a rather special Transition Network/Resilience.org team-up, with a webinar featuring Joanna Macy, Chris Johnstone and Rob Hopkins.

Next week we will post details on how you can follow it, for now we wanted to let you know so you can put it in the diary and also have a think about any questions you’d like to ask them. Here’s where to watch it:

If you have questions please put them as a comment below or tweet them to Rob at @robintransition. What’ll we be discussing in our hour-long chat? Here’s how Joanna and Chris frame the conversation:

> “Climate change, the depletion of oil, economic upheaval and mass extinction together create a planetary emergency of overwhelming proportions.
>
> Joanna and Chris’s book *Active Hope* is about how to strengthen our capacity to face this crisis so that we can respond with unexpected resilience and creative power.
>
> Drawing on decades of teaching an empowerment approach known as the Work That Reconnects, they guide us through a transformational process informed by mythic journeys, modern psychology, spirituality and holistic science.
>
> This process equips us with tools to face the mess we’re in and play our role in the collective transition, or Great Turning, to a life sustaining society”.
