These are not just projects, they’re lifelines. In fractured times, we choose to lift each other up, to plant seeds of care even when the soil feels rocky. Transition is about community and *solidarity*. It’s remembering that every small act of connection, from a shared meal to a bold campaign, stitches the fabric of a world where no one is left behind.
