Collab Jovem by Transition Brasil - a living experience of Transition in action
Hi global community! I felt to share with you some of our latest great experiences in Transition Brazil…. From Thursday to Easter Sunday, we held the Collab Jovem at Humanaterra (São Paulo)…. a living experience of transition in action.
Collab Jovem was born within the Transition Brazil ecosystem as a pathway to meaningfully engage youth in the transition. It creates immersive spaces where young people can pause, connect, and explore new ways of being in the world — together.
This edition brought together 25 young participants in a carefully held environment of trust, expression, and collective learning. Over four days, we witnessed what becomes possible when youth are met with presence, care, and the freedom to be who they are.
UMMA was also present through 8 of its members as part of the educator team. UMMA itself is an initiative born from the transition movement. It is a space of deep collaboration among regenerative entrepreneurs who co-create projects and businesses that care for life.
What we experienced together reaffirms something essential: transition is truly a living movement, rooted in open hearts, and nurtured through the way we live, embody, and cultivate relationships and shared spaces.
Collab Jovem (Youth Collab) is one of these spaces. And it is just beginning.
